As of today, there are three candidates offering for the opportunity to represent the Liberal Party in the next provincial election for MLA in Queens-Shelburne: Joan Bower (Shelburne), Vernon Oickle (Queens) and Seth Renaud (Shelburne). NDP Party MLA Sterling Belliveau has determined not to re-offer for the seat and a PC Party candidate has not been announced
