Canadian folkie Shawna Caspi has become a mainstay at the Friday Night Hootenanny series at the Sea Dog. She played four years ago when on tour from Ontario and has returned every year since. She plays at the Hoot on Friday, March 27 at 8:00pm, with a $5 cover charge
