1:00 pm-4:00 pm Pharmasave Children's Parade & Mayor's Picnic in the Park
Starting at the Yarmouth Visitor Information Centre, moving along Main Street to Frost Park for the official opening. To register for the Children's Parade please phone the Seafest office  (902) 881-3181 .

ALL DAY Downtown Seawalk Sales on Main Street
Yarmouth's merchants celebrate Seafest with a giant sidewalk sale!

LAST DAY TO SUBMIT DRIFTWOOD ART
All entries must be submitted to the Seafest display in the Yarmouth Mall no later than 5pm

10:00 am Children's Boat Building
Killam's Wharf/Gazebo - All materials are supplied. Ages 12 & under. Chlidren must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Contact Annette Muise at  (902) 749-1718  Ext. 1 or [email protected]

1:00 pm-4:00 pm Rug Hooking
Demonstration by rug hookers of Yarmouth and Area at the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia Yarmouth Branch. Rugs will be on display at "Scenes of the Sea" in conjunction with the Gallery's exhibition.

7:30 pm Seafest Pageant $*

8:00 pm Ghost Tour: Frost Park, Main Street. Guided by Ken Langille, join in Nova Scotia's largest ghost walking tour in historic Downtown Yarmouth, beginning at Frost Park. This once a year evening tour attracts hundreds ofspecatators each year as it makes its way through Yarmouth, telling the stories of the ghosts and spirits that inhabit many of the town's historic buildings and parks.
Wear comfortable shoes.
